Account Manager

The Social Media & Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing the AmpliCore™ strategy to drive brand amplification for our clients. This role is centered around creating the campaign strategy, managing and implementing quarterly campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring that the strategy results in increased brand visibility, engagement, and tangible outcomes such as new partners, speaking engagements and  booked appointments. Role Summary: Social Media & Online Marketing Manager

The Social Media & Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing the AmpliCore™ strategy to drive brand amplification for our clients. This role is centered around creating the campaign strategy, managing and implementing quarterly campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring that the strategy results in increased brand visibility, engagement, and tangible outcomes such as new partners, speaking engagements and booked appointments. The manager will oversee the development and deployment of social media content, working closely with client teams to align messaging with brand objectives and ensure all initiatives meet or exceed performance targets.

In addition to campaign execution, the Social Media & Online Marketing Manager will manage client relationships, providing top-tier account management and ensuring a seamless experience. They will collaborate cross-functionally to create and refine marketing materials, report on campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data insights. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, along with the ability to deliver measurable results that align with client goals and the innovative, results-driven ethos of Innovate Brand Amplification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Integration: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into Innovate Brand Amplification’s systems. Ensure clients are well-informed about our processes, tools, and expectations.

  • Content Strategy and Oversight: Ensure that all content produced, including social media posts, blogs, and podcasts, aligns with client goals and IBABA’s strategic objectives. Oversee the development of key deliverables such as Digital Brand

    Audits, Brand Voice Guides, and Brand Amplification Documents.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop quarterly strategy campaigns in alignment with the AmpliCore System™. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and tailor strategies that drive measurable results.

  • Client Education and Empowerment: Empower clients to maximize their brand assets for optimal impact and reach by training and guiding their virtual assistants on strategically leveraging quarterly content and social selling outreach. This amplifies their brand presence and accelerates business growth.

  • Team Coordination and Management: Work with the internal team to provide clear direction and support to ensure that all team members are aligned with campaign objectives and achieve their results on time and on budget.

  • Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution. Maintain a high standard of service by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the progress and performance of campaigns, utilizing data and analytics to measure success. Prepare comprehensive reports for clients, showcasing the impact of our strategies on their brand visibility and business growth.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance IBABA’s service offerings. Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the AmpliCore System™.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media marketing.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing and social media campaigns that drive measurable results for clients.

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and generate detailed client reports.
