Role Summary: Active Campaign Specialist

The Active Campaign Specialist plays a pivotal role in executing sophisticated email marketing strategies that elevate our clients' brands to unicorn status. This role involves managing all aspects of Active Campaign, from automation workflows and customer segmentation to CRM integration and data analysis. The specialist will be responsible for developing and optimizing email campaigns that not only reflect our clients' brand narratives but also drive measurable ROI and customer engagement. By leveraging their expertise in email marketing and automation, the Active Campaign Specialist will ensure seamless, data-driven campaigns that support our transformative brand strategies.

As a key member of the team, the Active Campaign Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and high-end clients to create targeted, impactful email sequences that align with overarching business goals. Their ability to interpret data, implement A/B testing, and continuously optimize for better performance will contribute to shaping strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Email Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns via Active Campaign, ensuring they align with client goals and drive engagement, conversions, and overall ROI.

  • Marketing Automation & Workflows: Design, set up, and optimize automated workflows, including lead nurturing sequences and customer journey mapping, to enhance efficiency and performance.

  • CRM Integration & Data Management: Manage the integration of Active Campaign with CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, proper segmentation, and smooth flow of leads through the marketing funnel.

  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Regularly track and analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct ongoing A/B testing on email components such as subject lines, content, and design to optimize for better engagement and higher conversion rates.

  • Client Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, present performance reports, and offer actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.
