Role Summary: Go High Level Builder

The Go High Level Builder is a highly skilled role responsible for building and deploying a wide range of systems within the Go High Level (GHL) platform, including websites, membership products, funnels, automations, workflows, and integrations. They take designs from the internal team and turn them into fully functional digital assets, ensuring that each element is optimized for performance and seamless integration across various business tools. These snapshots are developed with precision and attention to detail, providing ready-to-use solutions for businesses that can be sold either as standalone products or as part of monthly membership packages.

In addition to building GHL snapshots, the Go High Level Builder is proficient in creating advanced workflows, automating key processes, and integrating third-party platforms like Zapier, Google Calendar, and more to ensure seamless functionality. They are responsible for configuring and troubleshooting automations and CRM systems to deliver a streamlined experience for clients, all while working behind the scenes without direct client interaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Deploy Funnels, Websites, and Membership Products: Create and configure high-converting marketing funnels, custom websites, and membership products within the Go High Level (GHL) platform based on provided designs.

  • Develop and Customize Snapshots: Build, deploy, and customize GHL snapshots, ensuring they are fully functional and tailored to meet internal design specifications and business needs.

  • Create and Manage Automations: Set up, test, and maintain complex automations and workflows that streamline lead generation, customer engagement, and other key business processes.

  • Integrate Third-Party Tools: Connect GHL with third-party platforms such as Zapier, Google Calendar, and other tools to ensure smooth integration and data flow between systems.

  • Optimize CRM Workflows: Build and configure custom CRM workflows to support client management, follow-up sequences, and task automation for seamless business operations.

  • Test and Troubleshoot Systems: Perform thorough testing on all built systems (funnels, automations, websites) to ensure flawless functionality and resolve any technical issues promptly.

  • Maintain and Update Existing Snapshots: Regularly update and improve existing snapshots, funnels, and automations to keep them aligned with current best practices and client needs.

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the design and strategy teams to translate creative concepts into fully functional GHL systems that meet business objectives.

  • Document Processes and Provide Internal Support: Create clear documentation and process guidelines for building GHL systems, assisting internal teams with system usage and troubleshooting when needed.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
