Role Summary: Voice AI Agent and Conversation AI Expert


The Go High Level Voice AI Agent and Conversation AI Expert is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven voice and conversational automation within the Go High Level platform. This role focuses on leveraging advanced speech recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and AI-powered workflows to enhance customer interactions, streamline business operations, and improve lead conversion. The expert will configure and customize AI agents to handle inbound calls, capture customer data, trigger automated workflows, and seamlessly integrate with CRM and marketing automation tools. Their primary objective is to ensure that AI-driven conversations feel natural, deliver accurate responses, and align with brand voice while optimizing efficiency and reducing the need for human intervention.

Beyond technical execution, this role involves ongoing performance analysis, troubleshooting, and enhancement of AI voice and chatbot interactions to maximize engagement and effectiveness. The expert will collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align AI functionalities with business objectives, ensuring the automation strategy supports lead generation, customer experience, and revenue growth. Strong analytical skills, AI model training expertise, and the ability to refine AI responses based on real-time data are crucial. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement Go High Level Voice AI Agents and Conversation AI solutions to handle inbound calls, automate workflows, and enhance customer engagement.

  • Train and fine-tune AI models to ensure natural, accurate, and brand-aligned interactions, optimizing speech recognition and NLP capabilities.

  • Monitor, analyze, and improve AI-driven conversations, leveraging real-time data and user feedback to enhance accuracy, response quality, and engagement rates.

  • Integrate AI voice and chatbot functionalities with CRM, sales funnels, and marketing automation tools to create seamless end-to-end customer journeys.

  • Develop and refine automated workflows triggered by AI-driven interactions, ensuring smooth transitions between AI handling and human intervention when necessary.

  • Customize call actions such as data collection, appointment scheduling, SMS follow-ups, and call routing to maximize lead conversion and operational efficiency.

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align AI-driven automation with business goals and customer needs.

  • Stay updated on AI advancements, Go High Level updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve AI agent performance and customer experience.

  • Troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and provide training to internal teams on optimizing AI-powered interactions.

  • Strong understanding of AI voice agents, speech recognition, automation workflows, and integrations with CRM, marketing, and sales systems.

  • Proven ability to analyze AI performance metrics, troubleshoot system issues, and refine conversational models for improved accuracy and engagement.

  • Excellent ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align AI automation with business goals.
