Role Summary: Junior Designer

While the Junior Designer will not be responsible for initial brand creation, they play a crucial role in maintaining the look and feel of the brand across various media. Key Responsibilities
Design Supporting Brand Materials: Create secondary brand assets such as marketing collateral, social media graphics, and additional website pages, ensuring each piece aligns with the established brand guidelines.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Work closely with senior designers to ensure all design outputs are visually cohesive and consistent with the core brand elements, adhering to established color palettes, typography, and layout styles.
Follow and Implement Brand Guidelines: Apply pre-defined brand systems and style guides meticulously, ensuring that all designs uphold the brand’s look, feel, and messaging.
Adapt Designs Across Formats: Produce design assets for both digital and print formats, ensuring adaptability and quality across various platforms and media.
Collaborate with Senior Designers: Receive guidance and feedback from senior design team members to refine and elevate design work, enhancing skills in alignment with project goals.
