Role Summary: Partner Relations Coordinator
The Partner Relations Coordinator plays a crucial behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the smooth operation and administrative efficiency of the PartnerCore program. This position supports the PartnerCore Onboarding Specialist by managing tasks like setting up client accounts, organizing Google Drive folders, and maintaining project management tools such as Asana. They are also responsible for handling the onboarding of new partners, ensuring that all necessary systems are in place for seamless integration. By handling these essential administrative duties, the Coordinator frees up the client-facing team to focus on building strong, strategic relationships with partners and clients, ensuring that all processes run smoothly in the background.
In addition to administrative support, the PartnerCore Partner Relations Coordinator is also responsible for assisting in partner recruitment and outreach. They take charge of cold outreach efforts via social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, send direct messages, and manage recruitment funnels for new strategic partners and event speakers.
The Coordinator's role is essential to the ongoing growth of the PartnerCore program, as they provide vital research and vetting support for potential partners. Their performance is tied to both base salary and commission, offering opportunities for bonuses based on their effectiveness in driving successful partner recruitment and program support.
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration with PartnerCoreTM Relationship Managers: Work closely with PartnerCore Relationship Managers to provide administrative support like handling essential tasks like preparing partner dossiers, tracking deadlines, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations to ensure that all partner-related activities are executed flawlessly and on time.
Client Onboarding Support: Support the PartnerCore Onboarding Specialist by setting up new partner and client accounts, including organizing Google Drive folders, Asana projects, and other administrative systems to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Monitor The Recruitment Funnels: Monitor the recruitment funnels to ensure that partner leads progress smoothly through the process, from initial contact to onboarding. Regularly report updates to the leadership team, providing insights on the quality and volume of leads generated and any potential bottlenecks in the funnel.
Cold Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach via LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and email to identify and engage potential partners, setting the stage for future collaborations.
Research and Vetting: Perform research on prospective partners, conducting initial vetting to ensure alignment with PartnerCore’s strategic goals and partnership criteria.
Project Management Support: Assist in the management of ongoing client projects by maintaining project timelines, updating communication tools, and ensuring that all deliverables are on track.
Data and Reporting: Track key performance metrics related to client onboarding, partner recruitment, and administrative efficiency, providing regular reports to the PartnerCore management team
Performance-Based Commission Opportunities: Actively contribute to the success of the program by exceeding recruitment goals, participating in bonus structures, and helping to drive revenue through effective partner management.
