This position is both relationship-focused and results-driven, with the ultimate goal of helping clients generate six to seven figures of revenue through strategic partnerships. The Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire partner lifecycle, from onboarding new clients and partners to ensuring a seamless, five-star service experience. By following the established PartnerCore system, they ensure that every client and partner interaction aligns with the strategic plan and enhances long-term collaboration.
This role demands a deep expertise in relationship management, as it requires the PartnerCore Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners and clients alike. Key responsibilities include facilitating client onboarding, coordinating the creation of partner management assets, and holding partnership strategy meetings. The Relationship Manager will also oversee a coordinator who assists in researching prospects and gathering assets, allowing the manager to focus on relationship building and deal execution. With a commitment to delivering exceptional service, this role is pivotal in cultivating the relationship capital that underpins the entire PartnerCore system.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding: Oversee the successful onboarding of new clients ensuring they receive five-star service from the initial engagement through the entire setup process.
Partnership Strategy Development: Conduct 90-minute strategy sessions with clients to create tailored partnership plans based on the PartnerCore(™) methodology, aligning them with client objectives and long-term growth.
Qualify, Interview and Oversee The Onboarding of New Partners: Oversee the sourcing of new partners, vetting them, and choosing whether they qualify to onboard or not. Oversee the onboarding specialist to ensure the partner has an exceptional experience
Partnership Vetting and Qualification: Lead the vetting and qualification of potential partners, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals and contribute value to the network.
Relationship Building and Maintenance: Build, nurture, and manage strong, trust-based relationships with partners and clients, fostering long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
Asset Management and Oversight: Oversee the creation and customization of partner management assets, including using tools like ChatGPT for writing, while ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic goals.
Team Collaboration and Oversight: Supervise coordinators in their research and vetting of new prospects, ensuring they gather the necessary assets and support partner development initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track partnership performance using CRM tools and dashboards, ensuring all partners meet strategic objectives and maintain high levels of engagement.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Fusion and other internal teams to ensure smooth integration and management of all client and partner assets.
Client and Partner Synergy Meetings: Facilitate regular meetings to cross-pollinate ideas, share opportunities, and expand partnerships within the network, ensuring continuous growth and mutual benefit.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in partnership or client management.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably in a service-based industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client and partner relationships to achieve measurable revenue results.
Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and communication platforms such as Slack, Asana, and Teamwork.
