Role Summary: Social Media and AI Content Developer

The Social Media & AI Content Developer at Innovate Brand Amplification is essential in bringing client strategies to life through eye-catching, on-brand social media content and other digital assets. Working closely with the Account Manager and following detailed strategic plans, this role focuses on crafting high-quality visuals, posts, videos using AI tools like ChatGPT and creative platforms such as Canva. Strong skills in AI-powered content creation and video editing are a must to ensure each asset reflects the client’s brand voice and adheres to their unique style guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Set Up (Administrative): Set up Slack channels, Google Drive folders, Teamwork client paths, Asana client paths, and Canva folders for design to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

  • Deliverable Creation: Contribute to the creation of high-impact deliverables utilizing the Canva templates, including laying out Digital Brand Audits, Brand Voice Guides, and Brand Amplification Documents.

  • Content Creation: Develop and organize quarterly content for social media, blogs, videos and podcasts, utilizing ChatGPT and other AI tools ensuring it aligns with client goals and IBABA's strategic objectives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the account manager to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

  • Campaign Success: Ensure the timely and successful completion of campaigns, maintaining a high standard of quality.

  • Issue Resolution: Address any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media coordination or a related administrative role, with a strong understanding of digital tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Asana, Teamwork, and Canva

  • Well versed in using ChatGPT and familiar with using other AI tools for content creation.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in coordinating with internal teams and managing project-related details.

  • A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and ensure the smooth execution of both administrative and content-related tasks.
